How can we better unfold the hidden potential of our employees, teams, and entire organizations? What conditions do we need to provide for people within our enterprises – to once again – grow beyond themselves?
More and more companies are raising those questions. The driving force for such considerations for many might be a changed economic environment while it is the increased sickness leave of their employees for others while others just want to grow and develop as a company.
Increasingly, the answer to those questions is a profound cultural change – i.e. an unrelenting change of the current thinking and working methods. This is necessary to remain sustainable.
It is a great challenge to cope with such a change successfully. Modern brain research can help us out here with its knowledge of “What makes us people tick”. For several years, the neurobiologist Prof. Dr. Gerald Hüther and I have been working together on the findings of modern brain research and related sciences and how this knowledge could be applied in the everyday life of companies. Through in-house seminars and the continuous monitoring of the entire cultural change stages, we made this knowledge available to companies. That gives us the chance to monitor this profound transformation process from the beginning to the end.
