Advisory Group for Organisational Change

The Advisory Group for Organisational Change emerged directly out of the project The Culture Change Code, which I am leading together with the neuroscientist Prof. Dr. Gerald Hüther. The Advisory Group for Organisational Change assists companies who want to initiate and implement a sincere change of their own culture.

Ask yourself questions like: “How can we better develop the untapped potential of our employees, our teams and our entire organization” or “? What conditions do we need to help people with us – again – to grow beyond itself”. Then are already at the beginning of such a change.

Not only, but a lot of other managers, owners and corporate leaders deal with exactly these issues. I learned these people know. For many, the changed economic environment are the driving force for such considerations, for others the increasing sickness levels of the employees, while others want to develop as a company.

The Advisory Group for Organisational Change is a selected team of certified consultants, trainers and facilitators with perennial own leadership experience. Worldwide in various industries and service sectors.

The Culture Change Code is a joint idea of Prof. Dr. Gerald Hüther and Sebastian Purps-Pardigol. The initiative aims to inspire entrepreneurs, managers and employees to initiate a cultural change or to make the already-initiated change more prominent.

This initiative is a knowledge base and point of contact for those who want to carry out a cultural change in their companies or for those who have already done so successfully. As part of our initiative, we portray successful companies that succeeded with a measurable cultural shift. Along the way, we will introduce you to companies that can serve as catalysts for cultural change. In terms of inspiration, we will regularly gather additional content that originated, to our knowledge, as a companion in the process of change. By this, we mean content that either we or others have discovered and that we consider worth sharing.
