The Advisory Group for Organisational Change assists companies who want to initiate and implement a sincere change of their own culture.<\/p>\n<p>Ask yourself questions like: \u201cHow can we better develop the untapped potential of our employees, our teams and our entire organization\u201d or \u201c? What conditions do we need to help people with us \u2013 again \u2013 to grow beyond itself\u201d. Then are already at the beginning of such a change.<\/p>\n<p>Not only, but a lot of other managers, owners and corporate leaders deal with exactly these issues. I learned these people know.
