How to unfold the hidden potentials of employees, teams and a whole organisation<\/h3>\n

Through my many years of successful business analysis<\/a>, I could recognize recurring patterns of success.\u00a0Those employees I met were more than satisfied, loyal and healthy.\u00a0That is the basis, for the companies they worked for so that this organization could be economically more stable and more successful than many of their competitors.<\/p>\n

This pattern of success I associated with the findings of modern brain research. I enriched it with existing knowledge of the management theory and compared with my many years of experience in leadership positions.<\/p>\n

The essence of this research has been released\u00a0in my book \u201eF\u00fchren mit Hirn\u201c (“Leading with brain”).\u00a0In my lectures, I focus on selected key messages of the book and enhance the content with new material, which goes far beyond the book.<\/p>\n

At our annual Kick-Off Event, on a scale of one to ten, I would rate the work of Mr. Purps-Pardigol with a nine.\u00a0For me, this includes the day before the event, as well as the contact and preparing in advance, which was crucial for us as a customer’s system to include the training.\u00a0My feeling was that it was important to him that, at any time, his message was understood and he adapted his language and concept correspondingly. He did that in an outstanding manner.<\/p>\n

He was able to present to the 180 participants the complex subject of brain research in an understandable way, based on the individual.
